What defines the Elite tier? The Elite tier is our finest production/custom rifle we offer.
Elite and Duty Tier Standard Items:
- All bolt carriers are assembled as follows: gas keys are honed and polished by hand utilizing manual degreasing of OCKs carrier screws and key. Upon assembly, triple seasoning of threads is used to ensure complete surface area lock up. WHA bolts utilize torque value notably stronger than TDP.
- All barrels (unless otherwise specified) are manufactured to our specifications, tolerances, and requirements. Our barrels are sourced from a major US SOCOM machine gun/heavy weapons supplier that currently supports US Military, allied Nations small arms, and law enforcement contracts (please see barrels for additional details)
- Sprinco Buffer, extractor, and ejector springs
- Gas blocks are double dimpled, drilled, and pinned (comes standard on all War Hammer firearms and upper receivers. This is one of the most important and very often, overlooked features, which is required on all military rifles due to reliability & to remove a potential failure point)
- In house pistol grips which are stippled aggressively. (Customers may utilize a mid-grit sandpaper to fine to the level of aggressive texture)
- 30 round magazine (where permitted per State’s magazine restriction)
- Individual tuning to achieve perfect ejection pattern of 3:30-4:30 on a 1 by 1 basis prior to being wiped down, packaged, and shipped.
