Returns, Refunds & Order Cancellations
FIREARMS, CUSTOM BUILDS, SPECIAL ORDERS & NFA ITEMS
All firearm sales are final.
All custom builds, made-to-order products, limited-production products, serialized products, special orders, pre-sale products, deposits, and NFA-related items are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
Once a firearm has shipped, transferred to an FFL, or been accepted by the customer, the sale is final.
War Hammer Armaments does not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, incorrect selection, compatibility misunderstandings, or changes in customer preference after purchase.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders canceled prior to shipment may be approved solely at the discretion of War Hammer Armaments.
Approved cancellations are subject to a non-negotiable twenty-five percent (25%) processing and restocking fee.
Credit card processing fees, merchant fees, shipping charges, insurance charges, and any other transaction-related expenses are non-refundable.
War Hammer Armaments reserves the right to deny cancellation requests for:
Firearms
Custom builds
Special orders
Pre-sale products
Limited-production products
Serialized products
Deposits
NFA-related products
Any item that has entered assembly, testing, compliance review, fulfillment, or shipping
SUPER SAFETY PRODUCTS
Due to the nature of these products and compatibility requirements, all Super Safety products, kits, assemblies, complete lowers, conversion products, and related components are final sale.
Customers are responsible for confirming compatibility before purchase.
ACCESSORIES, APPAREL & NON-SERIALIZED MERCHANDISE
War Hammer Armaments may, at its sole discretion, authorize returns of unused, unmodified, non-serialized merchandise that is returned in new condition and original packaging.
Return authorization must be obtained from WHA prior to shipment.
Approved returns may be subject to a minimum twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee plus all applicable shipping and processing charges.
War Hammer Armaments reserves the right to refuse any return request.
REFUSED SHIPMENTS
Refusing delivery does not create a right to a refund.
Any refused shipment may be subject to:
Original shipping charges
Return shipping charges
Carrier fees
Processing fees
Restocking fees
These charges may be deducted from any approved refund amount.
UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
Packages returned because of:
Incorrect customer information
Failure to complete transfer requirements
Failure to provide required documentation
Failure to accept delivery
may be subject to all applicable fees, shipping charges, and a minimum twenty-five percent (25%) processing and restocking fee.
WARRANTY CLAIMS
Warranty claims are separate from returns.

All warranty requests will be reviewed in accordance with the War Hammer Armaments Warranty Policy.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all products ordered are legal to possess, receive, transfer, and use within their jurisdiction.
Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws prior to purchase.
War Hammer Armaments reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or deny any order that cannot legally be completed.
