This trigger is deburred, tumbled. After it is inspected/gauged for tolerance, disconnector and sear surface are hand verified for safety and mechanical function.
Entire trigger and sub-assembly: 1st stage is 2.5lbs, while 2nd stage is 1.0lb with a break that rivals the nicest drop in AR triggers on the market. Entire trigger/hammer assembly coated with a Nickel Teflon solution/electroplating (minus springs, pins, and disconnector).
This trigger feels as if it is on roller bearings while offering a reproducible, indescribably smooth, extremely light trigger pull (NOT recommended for law enforcement/duty use).
