The War Hammer Armaments MP5SD is our modern interpretation of the legendary integrally suppressed 9x19mm platform, enhanced with the patented WHA Super Safety lower housing.

The War Hammer Armaments MP5SD is a National Firearms Act (NFA) regulated firearm package.
This configuration includes:
• One Integrally Suppressed Firearm
Although the suppressor is permanently integrated into the MP5SD platform, it remains an NFA-regulated suppressor and requires its own tax stamp.
As a result, the MP5SD is a one or two-tax stamp firearm package depending on if it includes a brace or a stock.

The purchaser is responsible for all applicable federal transfer taxes, state requirements, transfer fees, and compliance requirements.

The firearm must be transferred through an appropriately licensed dealer authorized to receive and transfer NFA firearms.

War Hammer Armaments will coordinate transfer details and required documentation prior to shipment.
