Shipping

WE DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONALLY

WHA usually ships in stock orders within 3 to 7 business days, our shipping providers are USPS, UPS, and FedEx. While we try our best to get out every order as quickly as possible. We ship orders Monday through Friday. Any order placed on a Friday may not ship until the following Monday. All shipments include tracking numbers, insurance is required on orders above $50.00 – a tracking number will be emailed to you when the order is shipped. Depending on the MSRP of the product being shipped, an adult signature may be required to receive the product. All shipments under $50.00 are insured by us. Not all methods are available to all addresses within the specified areas. We will contact you before shipment if the shipment method you have chosen is not available to your address. WHA reserves the right to review shipping regulations for restrictive states at any time, refuse shipment, and cancel, and refund your order minus a 50% restocking fee. Ultimately it is the customer’s responsibility to understand their states firearms laws/requirements.

WHA only ships to authorized firearms dealers and not individual homes.

WHA ONLY ships to licensed FFL’s, obtains copies of all FFL’s, license verification is completed prior to shipment, all shipments are phone verified; all shipments are sent with signature required, signatory must be over 21 and employed at licensed FFL.

WHA ensures all employees maintain knowledge of ATF shipping restrictions, inclusive of State and Local requirements.

Multiple Product Orders

For multiple product orders, we will make every attempt to ship all items contained in that order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available unless informed otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in each shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted at time of purchase. The entirety of this shipping charge will be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.

Warranty

All warranties are effective from the date of purchase and apply to the original owner of any firearm. With respect to such firearms, this warranty supersedes any and all other warranties. WHA firearms are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship. Any such defects of which WHA receives written notice within one year from the date of purchase by the original owner, will be remedied by WHA within a reasonable time after such notification and delivery of the firearm as provided below.

In the event of an emergency (repairs needed by law enforcement, an upcoming match or hunting trip), email warhammerarmaments@gmail.com. Immediately upon receipt, your firearm will be assigned to a gunsmith. After the work is completed, we will return your firearm via overnight delivery.

Warranty claims should be sent to warhammerarmaments@gmail.com, inclusive of the model and serial number of the firearm concerned, the description of the difficulty experienced, along with any applicable photographs. It is important that the owner complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations in the shipment of firearms to WHA. It is recommended that shipments be insured by the owner, since WHA will accept no responsibility for loss or damage in transit. Transportation and insurance charges for return to the owner will be paid by WHA if the claim is covered by the warranty.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL WHA BE RESPONSIBLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WITH RESPECT TO ECONOMIC LOSS, INJURY, DEATH OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, WHETHER AS A RESULT OF BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY, NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE.

Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. WHA will not be responsible for:

  • – Defects or malfunctions resulting from careless handling
  • – Unauthorized adjustments or modifications made or attempted by anyone other than a qualified gunsmith following WHA authorized procedures, or failure to properly disassemble the firearm.
  • – Use of defective or improper ammunition, corrosion, neglect, abuse, ordinary wear and tear, or unreasonable use.
  • – Criminal misuse, negligence or use under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Note: All liability is excluded if instructions provided by WHA are not observed.

Returns

Any order cancelled prior to shipping will be charged a 5% processing fee. Please contact warhammerarmamants@gmail.com and provide your order number, email address associated with your order, full name, and address.

Arrangements for a return must be made within 10 days of the date the order is received. RMA numbers are valid for 5 days from the date of issue. All packages received without an RMA number will be charged a 25% restocking fee ($10 minimum). Rejecting receipt of a package is considered returning the package without an RMA number will be charged a 50% restocking fee.

Returned items that are not defective will be charged a restocking fee of 25% ($10 minimum); the shipping and credit card fees will not be refunded.

Unless explicitly stated by WHA any coupon codes provided for customer use are discounts for products, not shipping. 

Original and return shipping charges for any non-defective returns are the sole responsibility of the customer.

If we are at fault, WHA will provide a return shipping label and/or (with WHA prior consent) reimburse return shipping charges for non-expedited, traceable shipping methods. If in doubt, please contact us immediately.

Special orders and Pre-Sale Orders

All special orders and pre-sales are to be paid in full at the time of sale, there will be NO REFUND given for these items. Pre-sales are given an approximate date of product arrival, this date is based on our distributor’s information provided to us. When you place a special order, you will be given an approximate ship date.

Undeliverable Packages

Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, you will be contacted if possible or you will be issued a full refund for the order placed. If you suspect your order cannot be delivered as addressed and you have not received confirmation of its return or refund, please contact WHA Support.

Rejecting Receipt

Rejecting receipt of a package is considered returning the package without WHA’s consent and will be subject to a 25% restocking fee ($10 minimum). Any fees and shipping charges incurred will be re-billed to the customer and may be deducted from any applicable refund amount.

Re-shipping

Unless arrangements are made before arrival, orders that are returned to us will be restocked and are not able to be shipped again. If you would still like the returned items, you will need to place a new order.

Missing Packages

Occasionally, packages are not delivered in the expected time frame and are not able to be located by tracking information (if available). US Postal Service and other shipping providers state to wait at least 30 days to consider any missing packages. Once this happens, the package is considered “missing.” If a package falls into this category, WHA (unless otherwise noted) will replace the original product ordered pursuant to adherence of the carriers lost package policy and claim payout. Refunds or returns are only available for orders that have been successfully received.

War Hammer Armaments assumes no liability for any violation of laws committed by visitors or customers.
